Association Program & Marketing/Communications Audits
We have standard programs for assessing associations overall including their program management, and for their marketing programs. This includes a full creative review that occurs on two levels: a very detailed level to provide guidance for specific vehicles and staff responsible for the daily/tactical decisions, and high-level to provide strategic guidance.
